How to Order


How can I place an order?

Please choose your products or items by category, or use the ‘Search’ feature by reference number, description or size. Make sure to check our discounted items, sale items and new stock directly from our home page.
When you do find the product you are looking for click ‘buy’ and your item will be added to your shopping cart and you can choose to complete checkout or continue shopping. You can of course edit your shopping basket at any time, deleting items, adding items or just changing quantities.
All prices are shown in Pound Sterling (£) and exclude VAT. Once you complete the checkout process you will be charged in Pound Sterling (£) and VAT will be added. Delivery charges are applied to your order at checkout and will be listed as part of your total order price.

Do I have to create an account to be able to buy from you?

It is not necessary to create an account to place an order. There are however several benefits to creating an account, such as; quicker check out, simple order tracking, editing and updating orders or delivery addresses, not to mention regular communications and exclusive offers.

Do the prices shown on your website include VAT?

All items shown and purchased on our website are subject to the current VAT rate, which will be charged at checkout. By default all prices are displayed excluding VAT on our website. However, you have the option to display prices including or excluding VAT. Please make the appropriate selection at the top right-hand corner of our website.

Do you offer credit terms?

We do not typically offer credit on any purchases through our website. We do however have several clients that hold trade accounts where credit terms are available, subject to status. How can I cancel my order?

What is 'Join Our Newsletter'?

We love to communicate with our loyal customers to let them know about new product releases, special offers and generally anything interesting that is going on in our business or relevant to our products. Registering for our Newsletter is free and you can edit your preferences at any time to limit the type or amount of communications you receive from us. We assure you that we will never sell or pass on your details to any 3rd party.

Payment Shipping & Delivery


How can I pay?

When you have completed your shopping and added the items you want to order to your basket, you will be transferred to a secure payment gateway. Our preferred payment provider is PayPal and you can login to use your account to pay for items just like you would on any other e-commerce platform. If you do not have a PayPal account, or simply do not wish to use it there is an option to pay by Debit/Credit Card without logging into PayPal.

All payments are subject to fraud screening and we constantly update our website security measures in line with industry standards.

Why is there VAT on delivery charges?

It is a service provided by us and is therefore subject to VAT.

What are your delivery charges?

Our delivery charges are clearly explained on the ‘delivery terms’ page.

When will my order be dispatched?

If you place your order before 12pm on a working day, your order will be dispatched the same day. If you place your order after 12pm on a working day, your order will be dispatched the next working day. If you place an order on a non-working day, your order will be dispatched the following working day. Please note that this excludes products that may be out of stock, however in most cases the website will inform you of the latest stock levels. However as we sell on multiple platforms and have a large warehouse we can’t always guarantee stock availability, we will advise you on any stock shortages with 12 hours of ordering.

When will I receive my order?

The length of time a product takes to be delivered is stated on each product page and on your order confirmation. We only offer standard UK delivery and Express delivery through our website. What time will I receive my order?

Standard and Next day deliveries to commercial addresses are delivered between 9am and 5pm. Standard deliveries to residential addresses are delivered between 9am and 6pm.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track your order via the email you will receive once your item is dispatched and leaves our warehouse.

What if I'm out when you try to deliver?

If you are not present to take delivery of your item, the courier will leave a card to let you know they have tried to deliver the item to you. They will redeliver the item to you within 7 days of the original delivery date. If your item is being delivered on a pallet service you will be contacted to arrange a new delivery date.

Do I need to sign for delivery?

Yes. All deliveries must be signed for.

Will I be charged per item, package or delivery?

You will only pay one delivery charge for every 2 items ordered.

Can I change my delivery date or location?

Yes that it is possible to change your delivery date and/or location, depending on the status of your delivery. Please let us know as soon as possible if you require a change to your delivery date or location and we will do our very best to facilitate your request if possible.

My delivery is missing items or items are damaged. What should I do?

Please call us immediately and we will endeavour to resolve the problem quickly. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee and free returns policy. If the goods are delivered and appear not in good condition, they must be signed for as received in damaged condition. If goods are delivered and the number of parcels for the consignment does not add up as per the delivery note, this must be noted when the goods are signed for.

Do you deliver outside the UK and Ireland?

Can I have goods sent to different delivery addresses?

Yes it is possible to have items delivered to separate addresses however each delivery address incurs a separate delivery charge and each will need to be ordered separately.

Can I collect my order from your Warehouse?

Yes you can save yourself delivery charges and delivery time by collecting direct from our warehouse at 2C Birchmill Business Centre, Heywood Old Road, Heywood, Lancashire, OL10 2QQ. We are open for collections from 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday (except public holidays). If you place your order online and wish to collect on the same day, please contact us before you come and collect so that we can make sure everything is ready for you. Some larger items are delivery items only and cannot be collected.

Where are your Offices and Warehouse located?

Our warehouse is at 2C Birchmill Business Centre, Heywood Old Road, Heywood, Lancashire, OL10 2QQ. Map & directions can be found on our contact page.

Can I have a separate billing and delivery address?

Yes you can. There is the facility to add a separate address for delivery.
